When Applying for a rental property through Bruntons we require:
- Completed Tenancy Application form
- Photo ID
- Suitable references
- You will be required to pay a bond of four weeks rent
- A letting fee is also required to be paid which is equivalent to one week's rent + GST
- The first week's rent is payable in advance
- Consent for a credit check
